SAUTEED GREEN ONIONS AND EGGS 
Onions
Bacon
Eggs

Chop 6 bunches (6 onions to bunch). Dice bacon and fry about 4 slices (more if desired) and saute green onions until tender. Both will cook in about the same time. Break 4 eggs (more if desired) and scramble together. Delicious in early spring for a change. Cooked rice maybe added if desired. Can be placed in a casserole and baked a few minutes until set.
