GARLIC CROUTONS 
3 thick slices French bread
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 garlic cloves, smashed & chopped

Toast bread until light brown. Cut bread in cubes and set aside. Heat oil in frying pan. When hot, add bread cubes and cook 1 minute over heat. Stir in garlic and turn bread cubes over; continue cooking 1 minute. Let cool and store in air tight container until used.
