GERMAN POTATO SALAD 
3 lbs. potatoes
1/2 lb. bacon
1 sm. onion
4 med. kosher pickles
2 hard-boiled eggs
Salt
Pepper
Vinegar

Boil potatoes until done. While potatoes are boiling, prepare eggs, pickles and onions in large bowl. Slice bacon in small pieces and cook until well done. Drain potatoes and peel. While still hot slice, add to mixture, add hot bacon and bacon grease. Salt, pepper and vinegar to taste. Mix well. Guten Appetite.
