FIRST SATURDAY IN MAY PIE | |
1 pastry shell 1 c. sugar 1/2 c. flour 1/4 tsp. salt 1 c. chocolate chips 1 c. pecans (or walnuts) 1 stick melted butter 2 lightly beaten eggs 2 tbsp. bourbon 1 tsp. vanilla Prebake pie crust 8-9 minutes. Mix dry ingredients, stir in the remainder. Pour into pie shell. Bake until puffed and firm. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or more. |
