CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. orange juice
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. cranberries, halved
1 c. chopped nuts
2 tsp. orange peel

Blend dry ingredients in mixing bowl. Combine eggs, juice and oil. Add to dry ingredients, stirring until just moistened. Stir in cranberries, nuts and orange peel. Pour into 2 greased and floured 9 x 3 x 5 inch pans. Bake at 375 degrees for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick in center comes out clean. Cool out of pan on rack.
