CRANBERRY-CHOCOLATE ORANGE BREAD 
2 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 c. buttermilk
2 lg. eggs
2 tsp. fresh orange peel
1 1/2 c. chopped cranberries
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1 c. chopped nuts
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar mixed with 2 tbsp. orange juice

In a large bowl, mix sifted dry ingredients and sugar. Add oil, buttermilk, eggs, and orange peel. Stir with a wooden spoon until just blended. Stir in cranberries, chocolate chips and nuts. Bake in 2 greased and floured 8 x 4 inch loaf pans. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 1 hour or until pick inserted into middle comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pans and turn right side up. Brush top with confectioners' sugar mixture. Cool on rack.
