ORANGE CHOCOLATE CHIP BREAD 
1 c. skim milk
1/4 c. orange juice
1/3 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tbsp. grated fresh orange peel
3 c. buttermilk baking mix
1/2 c. Hershey's Mini Chips semi-sweet chocolate

Combine milk, orange juice, sugar, egg and orange peel in small bowl; stir into baking mix in a medium mixing bowl. Beat until well combined, about 1 minute. Stir in Mini Chips. Pour into greased 9x5x3-inch loaf pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 to 50 minutes or until cake tester inserted in center comes out clean. Cool 10 minutes; remove from pan. Cool completely. Slice and serve. To store leftovers, wrap in foil or plastic wrap.
