CRANBERRY ORANGE BREAD 
Vegetable cooking spray
1 3/4 c. all purpose flour
1/2 c. quick cooking or old fashioned oats, uncooked
1/2 c. sugar
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. ground nutmeg
1/4 tsp. salt
3/4 c. skim milk
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 (10 oz.) pkg. cranberry-orange sauce (Ocean Spray cran-fruit)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Coat 8 1/2 x 4 1/2 inch loaf pan with vegetable cooking spray. In large bowl combine flour, oats, sugar, baking powder, nutmeg, and salt. In small bowl combine milk, butter, egg, and vanilla. Add milk mixture and cranberry orange sauce to flour mixture; mix well. Spoon into prepared loaf pan. Bake 55-60 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Remove from oven and cool in pan 10 minutes. To serve, cut in slices. Is also excellent toasted.
