1 (1 lb.) can sweet potatoes
6 eggs
1 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. nutmeg
2 tbsp. vanilla
1 lg. box instant vanilla pudding
1 stick butter
1 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
2 (9") pie shells

Mix all of the ingredients in a large bowl until smooth. Pour into 9" pie shells and bake until golden brown, about 1 1/2 hours, at 350 degrees.
