3 c. mashed sweet potatoes
1 c. sugar
2 eggs
1/3 c. evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 1/2 tsp. dry orange peel
1/2 stick butter

Melt butter and mix all ingredients. Place in round casserole dish.

TOPPING:

1/2 c. light brown sugar, packed
2 1/2 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Melt butter and mix with brown sugar and flour (mix these two together first). Add pecans and spread over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
