BROCCOLI SALAD 
5 stalks broccoli
1/2 c. celery
3/4 c. raisins; soak 10 minutes in warm water, drain on towel
3/4 c. Spanish peanuts
8 to 10 slices bacon, fried crisp

DRESSING:

1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. white vinegar
1/2 tsp. Accent
Scant 1/2tsp. curry powder

Mix dressing ingredients in blender the night before using. Refrigerate. Use the flowerettes and only tender part of broccoli. Add rest of ingredients and shortly before serving add dressing. Serves 6.
