BROCCOLI SALAD 
1 lg. bunch fresh broccoli
1 red onion, chopped
1 c. peanuts, crushed
1 c. raisins
1/2 lb. bacon, cooked and crumbled

Wash and cut broccoli in tiny pieces using the peeled stems as well as the flowerettes.

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
Vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Seasoning salt

Thin mayonnaise with cider vinegar until the consistency of ranch dressing. Add sugar and a little seasoning salt. Toss salad well with the above dressing.
