4 tbsp. all purpose flour
1 c. milk
1 stick butter
1/2 c. Crisco
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar

Mix flour and milk together in a small saucepan. Cook on medium heat until thick. Remove from heat and place pan in pan of ice to cool. Cream the last 4 ingredients together for 4 minutes until fluffy. Added cooled cooked mixture and 1 teaspoon vanilla, cream for 4 more minutes or more until fluffy.
