MUSHROOMS IN WINE SAUCE 
1 1/2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 tbsp. oil
1 lb. mushrooms
1/2 tbsp. powdered garlic
1 1/2 tbsp. minced onion
1 env. brown gravy
1/2 tsp. dill weed
1/2 tbsp. A-1 sauce
1 c. wine
Salt
Pepper
Sour cream (6 oz.)

Saute sliced mushrooms in butter and oil. Add remaining ingredients except sour cream. Let simmer 45 minutes. Remove from heat, stir in (6 ounce) sour cream. Serve over steak or chicken.
