RICE RING 
6 c. hot cooked rice
1/4 c. chopped parsley
3 tbsp. butter

Grease a 5 1/2-cup ring mold. In large bowl, toss all ingredients; lightly pack in ring mold; let stand 1 minute. Loosen edges; invert onto serving plate. Makes 6 servings.

If ring is to be held awhile before serving, set mold in pan containing a little hot water; simmer on range.
