RICE RING 
1/2 c. rice
1/2 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cold water
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. juice
1/2 c. sugar
3 c. milk
1 pkg. gelatin
1 c. whipping cream
2 pkgs. frozen strawberries
2 rounding tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. lemon juice

Cook rice, milk and salt in double boiler over low heat. Soak gelatin in cold water and add to cooked rice and chill. Whip cream; add sugar and add to chilled rice mixture. Place in ring mold and chill.

SAUCE: Thaw the frozen strawberries and save 1 cup of juice. Mix cornstarch, sugar and add to juice. Cook until thick. Add lemon juice. Pour over thawed fruit and place in center of ring.
