RICE RING 
3 c. cooked rice
1 c. milk
3 eggs, separated
3/4 c. grated American cheese
2 tbsp. parsley, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1/4 c. butter

Mix rice, milk, egg yolk and cheese. Toss fried onion and parsley in butter. Beat egg whites until stiff and fold into rice mixture. Baked in greased ring mold 25 minutes at 350 degrees. Unmold, garnish with fresh parsley if desired.

NOTE: 3 cups cooked rice is equal to 1 cup raw rice.
