4 eggs
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. salad oil
2 c. flour
2 tsp. baking soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. cooked pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla

Mix 4 eggs, sugar and salad oil. Beat well. Sift together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt. Add to mixture and mix well. Add pumpkin and vanilla; mix well. Bake in greased and floured tube pan 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Ice with cream cheese icing and chopped nuts when cake is cooled.
