STRAWBERRY ANGEL CAKE 
1 (16 oz.) pkg. strawberry Jello
2 1/2 c. boiling water
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. frozen sliced strawberries
1 lg. Cool Whip
1 purchased (14 oz.) Angel Food cake
9 or 10 c. Bundt pan (tube pan)

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. In large bowl add frozen berries. Stir until melted. Chill until gelatin thickens. Whip partially set gelatin until fluffy. Fold in whipped cream or Cool Whip. Pour a little mixture into bottom of pan. Sprinkle crumbled Angel Food cake. Repeat strawberry mixture and cake pieces. Garnish with Cool Whip.
