PEANUT BUTTER-HONEY REFRIGERATOR
COOKIES
 
2/3 c. peanut butter
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. honey
1 egg
2 1/4 c. Bisquick baking mix
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

Mix peanut butter, sugar, honey and egg. Mix in remaining ingredients. Divide dough into halves; shape each half into roll about 1 1/2 inches in diameter. Wrap and refrigerate at least 8 hours.

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Cut rolls into 1/8 to 1/4 inch slices. bake on ungreased cookie sheet until light brown, about 8 minutes. Immediately remove from cookie sheet. Approximately 6 dozen cookies.
