FRUIT PIZZA
1 (20 oz.) pkg. refrigerated sugar cookie dough or any pie crust to fit a 14" pizza pan
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Banana slices
Peeled kiwi slices
Strawberry halves
Blueberries
1/2 c. orange marmalade, peach or apricot preserves
2 tbsp. water

Freeze cookie dough 1 hour. Slice into 1/8 inch slices. Line foil-line 14 inch pizza pan with slices, overlapping edges slightly. Bake at 375 degrees, 12 minutes or until golden brown. (Any pie crust mix can also be substituted here). Cool and invert onto serving plate; carefully remove foil. Invert to right side.

Combine cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing until well blended. Spread over crust. Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Glaze with combined marmalade and water; chill. Cut into wedges. Serves 10-12.

Variations: Substitute soft or light cream cheese for regular cream cheese. Substitute 1 or more of the following for the fruit: Raspberries, red or green grape halves, pineapple chunks, maraschino cherry halves, drained, thin sliced peaches, pears or apples, mandarin orange segments, drained. Arrange fruit to create a variety of shapes and designs.
