FRUIT PIZZA 
18 oz. pkg. refrigerated sugar cookies
8 oz. cream cheese
1/3 c. sugar, granulated or powdered
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. orange marmalade
2 tbsp. water
Assorted fruits

Melons, strawberries, peaches, grapes, pineapple, bananas.

Cut cookie dough in slices 1/8" thick. Line 14" pizza pan with slices, overlapping slightly. Bake at 375 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes. Cool.

Combine softened cream cheese, sugar and vanilla, mixing well. Spread over cookie crust.

Arrange fruit over cream cheese layer. Glaze with marmalade or preserves and water. Chill.

Cut in wedges to serve. NOTE: Contrasting colors of fruit make this very attractive. Canned fruit must be well drained. Fresh fruit is the best. Keep refrigerated until time to eat. Serve same day.
