FRUIT PIZZA 
1 tube Pillsbury sugar cookie dough
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1/3 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla
fruit (various)
1/4 c. orange or apricot marmalade, mixed with 2 tbsp. water

Grease a round pizza pan. Slice the cookie dough and pat it onto the pizza pan, making sure that the whole pan is covered.

Bake in a 375°F oven for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Let cool.

Mix together cream cheese, sugar, and vanilla. Spread this mixture onto the cooled cookie. Arrange fruit on pizza in a colorful design. Suggested fruit to use: strawberries, blueberries, pineapple, grapes (red and green), bananas (dipped in lemon juice to prevent browning), kiwi, cantaloupe, or raspberries.

Mix marmalade and water and drizzle over pizza. Slice like a pizza.

Must be stored in the refrigerator.
