FROZEN FRUIT SALAD 
1 c. salad dressing
2 tbsp. powdered sugar
1 (8 oz.) cream cheese, softened
1 c. pineapple tidbits
1/2 c. chopped maraschino cherries
1 c. dried apricot or fruit cocktail, drained
2 c. miniature marshmallows
1 c. whipped cream
Red food coloring

Mix together and blend well the first 3 ingredients. Then add the remaining ingredients. Add a few drops of red food coloring. Fold in the marshmallows and whipped cream. Pour in 5 x 9 inch loaf pan and freeze.
