PECAN FRUIT COOKIE 
1 1/4 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
4 eggs
1 c. packed brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 lb. halved dated
1/2 lb. candied cherries
1/2 lb. candied pineapple
4 c. halved pecans

Beat eggs well. Add brown sugar and vanilla. Add dry ingredients and mix well. Add dates, cherries, pineapple and pecans. Drop by teaspoon.

Bake on greased cookie sheet at 350°F for 15 minutes.
