MEAT LOAF CUPS 
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
1/4 c. ketchup
1/2 c. crushed cornflakes
4 tbsp. dried minced onions
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 lbs. ground beef

In a large bowl combine the first eight ingredients. Add beef, mix well. Press into 12 foil lined or greased muffin cups.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes or until the meat is no longer pink. Drain before serving. Drizzle with ketchup if desired.
