CALIFORNIA POTATOES 
8 med. sized boiled potatoes
1 can creamed chicken soup
2/3 c. milk
1 pt. sour cream
1/4 c. melted butter
1/3 c. finely chopped onion
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Crushed corn flakes

Slice potatoes in baking dish. Mix remaining ingredients together in mixing bowl. Pour mixture over potatoes. Sprinkle crushed cornflakes on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
