CALIFORNIA POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 (2 lb.) bag frozen hash browns
2 sticks butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 pt. sour cream
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 c. shredded Mozzarella
2 c. crushed corn flakes

Mix 1 stick of butter in a large bowl. Mix butter, potatoes, and soup. Place in a baking dish. In medium bowl, mix sour cream, onion and cheese. Pour over potato mixture. Melt second stick of butter; mix with corn flakes. Spoon over potatoes. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
