CALIFORNIA HAM CASSEROLE | |
2 lbs. ham, chopped into bite size pieces 10 oz. frozen peas and carrots 8 oz. mushroom pieces 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix 3 1/2 c. boiling water 3 c. minute rice 1 c. olives, sliced 1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese Mix all ingredients - reserving 1/4 cup sliced olives and 1/4 cup shredded cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes. Garnish with remaining cheese and olives, and return to oven long enough to melt cheese. |
