LEMON POUND CAKE | |
1 box Duncan Hines lemon cake mix 1 sm. pkg. instant lemon pudding 4 eggs 1/3 c. oil 1 c. water 4 eggs Blend all ingredients in mixing bowl. Beat at medium speed for 2 minutes. Bake in well greased tube pan for 50 to 60 minutes or until toothpick inserted comes out clean. Cool for 25 minutes. Invert onto plate. GLAZE: Mix 1 cup confectionery sugar and 3 tablespoons water together until smooth and pour over cake. |
