APRICOT POUND CAKE 
1 yellow cake mix
3 1/2 oz. box instant vanilla pudding
1 jr. size apricot baby food
3/4 c. oil
4 eggs
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. coriander
1 c. chopped pecans

GLAZE:

1/2 c. sugar
1/2 stick butter
1/4 c. lemon juice

Mix all ingredients. Pour into greased tube pan. Bake at 300 degrees for 70 minutes. Cool 10 minutes. Remove from pan. Melt butter for glaze, add sugar and lemon juice blending well. Punch holes in cake and pour glaze over cake.
