10 med. size zucchini
3 eggs
1 tsp. garlic
1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. chopped parsley (finely)
1 tsp. pepper

Grate zucchini; add other ingredients and drop by the tablespoon in hot oil. Fry until brown at medium heat.
