ITALIAN ROAST CHICKEN | |
2 lg. roasting chicken, cut 8 potatoes, cut in wedges 2 c. raisins 1 c. pinnoli 2 cloves garlic, cut in sm. pieces 2 c. Romano cheese, grated & sprinkled on top 1 c. olive oil drizzled over all Layer in roaster. Cook 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees. |
