PEACH BRITTLE YAMS 
2 (17 oz.) cans yams, drained
2 c. peanut brittle (divided), crushed
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1 (16 oz.) can peaches, chopped

Arrange yams in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Chop peaches. Mix half the peanut brittle, cinnamon and nutmeg into peach mixture. Pour over yams, sprinkle remaining peanut brittle over top of casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 or 40 minutes. Yields 5 servings.
