STRAWBERRY CHIFFON PIE 
1 c. strawberry juice and pulp
1 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. gelatin
1/4 c. cold water
1/2 c. hot water
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 c. whipping cream
2 egg whites

Mash berries; add sugar and let stand about 1 hour. Add lemon juice. Moisten gelatin in cold water; add hot water and salt. Stir until dissolved, and add to strawberry mixture. Cool until thick like syrup. Fold in stiffly beaten cream and egg whites. Turn into baked or crumb crust and chill. Garnish with whipped cream and whole berries.
