RHUBARB PIE 
3 eggs (save whites of 2 for frosting)
2 lg. c. finely cut rhubarb
1 to 1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
3 tbsp. flour

Beat eggs, add sugar, add rhubarb. Stir well. Bake in one crust. use frosting after baking.
