RICE PUDDING (RIZA) 
1 qt. milk
2 c. cooked rice
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 tbsp. vanilla
Some nutmeg

Put 2 cups cooked rice in 1 quart of milk and bring to a boil. Set aside. Beat 3 eggs until frothy, adding 1 1/2 cups sugar and add 1 teaspoon salt. Mix together. Mix 3 tablespoons of cornstarch and with water in a small cup until dissolved into a thin paste. Add to egg mixture. Slowly pour this mixture into boiling milk and rice and cook until thickened, adding vanilla and nutmeg. Pour into dish.
