GERMAN CHOCOLATE CREAM CHEESE
BROWNIES
 
1 (4 oz.) pkg. German sweet chocolate
1/4 c. butter
2 eggs
1/2 c. flour
3/4 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

CREAM CHEESE TOPPING:

4 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 egg
1/4 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour

Microwave chocolate and butter in large microwaveable bowl at high 2 minutes or until butter is melted. Stir until all chocolate is melted. Stir in sugar. Add eggs and vanilla; stir until completely mixed. Add flour and mix well. Stir in nuts. Spread on greased 8 inch square pan.

CREAM CHEESE TOPPING: In same bowl, mix all ingredients until smooth. Spoon over brownie mixture; swirl with knife to marbelize. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
