GAZPACHO 
1 lg. can tomatoes (including juice), chopped fine
1 lg. cucumber, peeled & chopped fine
1 med. onion, minced
1 green pepper, seeded & finely chopped
3 tbsp. wine vinegar with garlic
3 tbsp. olive oil
2 tsp. garlic powder
Salt & pepper to taste
Pinch of Italian herbs
1/4 tsp. all-purpose seasoning, optional

Combine all ingredients. Will keep about 10 days in refrigerator. Serve with cheese bread sticks.
