SWEET DOUGH 
2 pkgs. yeast
1/4 c. warm water
3/4 c. lukewarm milk
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
4-5 c. all-purpose flour

Put 1/4 cup warm water in cup, then dump in yeast. Get milk ready, then add shortening in milk. Mix up eggs in bowl, then dump in sugar and salt. Test milk, then dump in yeast, eggs, and flour. Raise until double. Punch down. Fix in shape of rolls. Let rise double, then bake.
