SWEET NO KNEAD ROLL DOUGH | |
3/4 c. scalded milk 1/2 c. butter 2 tsp. salt 1/2 c. sugar 1/2 c. warm water 2 pkg. dry yeast (2 tbsp.) 1 egg 4 c. flour Dissolve yeast in warm water. Add 1 tablespoon sugar to yeast water. Beat egg and add milk which has been cooled by melting the butter and adding the salt and remainder of sugar. Add 1 cup flour. Beat well. Add yeast mixture. Beat well. Gradually add remainder of flour. Cover tightly and refrigerate 2 hours to 3 days to rise. Cut off as needed and use as desired. Bake at 375 degrees about 20 minutes. |
