BROOKFIELD COLE SLAW 
This is a recipe served at the Brookfield hotel in Brookfield, KS for many years and is the best sweet cole slaw I have ever tasted!

1 1/2 lb. shredded cabbage
2/3 cup sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/3 c. vinegar
1 cup whipping cream (whipped)

Mix all ingredients (except the whipping cream) with cabbage and chill for several hours or overnight. Before serving, fold in whipped cream. Delicious!
