HAMBURGER PARMESAN 
2 lb. ground beef
2 tbsp. parsley flakes
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/2 c. flour
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 tbsp. grated Parmesan
1/2 c. seasoned bread crumbs
1/4 c. oil
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Mozzarella
15 1/4 oz. can spaghetti sauce with mushrooms

Combine first 4 ingredients. Shape into 6 patties 1/2 inch thick. Dip patties in flour, then egg, then bread crumbs, coating both sides. Brown patties in heated oil in skillet. Arrange in baking dish. Top with Mozzarella cheese. Pour spaghetti sauce over patties. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.
