MICROWAVE GRAPE JELLY 
2 c. grape juice
1 3/4 oz. powdered fruit pectin
2 tsp. lemon juice
1 c. sugar

Combine all ingredients in 2 quart microwave safe bowl. Microwave on high 15 to 18 minutes or until jelly leaves a coating on spoon when dipped into mixture. Will thicken when cooked. Pour into sterilized jars; plastic wrap, then jar lid. Store in refrigerator.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
