CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1 butter pie crust
1 can crabmeat
3 slices Swiss cheese
Butter
1/2 pt. heavy cream
3 eggs
Grated Parmesan cheese
Dill
Paprika
Garlic powder

Whisk together eggs, cream, 2 pieces of grated Swiss cheese, 1/2 tsp. garlic powder, dill. Drain crabmeat well and stir into mixture. Pour into pie crust. Top with generous amounts of Parmesan, garlic powder and paprika. Top with butter dots and remaining grated Swiss cheese. Cook 30 to 35 minutes at 400 degrees.
