CRABMEAT QUICHE 
1/2 c. mayonnaise
2 tbsp. flour
2 beaten eggs
1/2 c. milk
6 oz. can crabmeat
8 oz. Swiss cheese, diced
1/3 c. finely chopped scallions (or 2 tbsp. freeze-dried chives)

Combine mayonnaise, flour, eggs, and milk. Stir in crabmeat. Add cheese and scallions. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
