CRABMEAT QUICHE #2 
3/4 c. mayonnaise
3/4 c. milk (or half & half)
3 tbsp. flour
3 beaten eggs
8 oz. shredded Swiss cheese
1 tbsp. diced onion
8 oz. canned crabmeat
9" unbaked pie shell

Mix mayonnaise, milk, flour and eggs, using a whisk. Stir in cheese, onion and crabmeat. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes.
