CRABMEAT QUICHE | |
1/2 c. mayonnaise 2 tbsp. flour 2 beaten eggs or 1/2 container egg substitute 1/2 c. milk or Half and Half 6 oz. king crab crabmeat (frozen) 8 oz. pkg. Kraft natural Swiss cheese 1/3 c. scallions 1 (9 inch) frozen pie shell Mix first 4 ingredients until well blended. Stir in crabmeat (drained and flaked). Pour in diced cheese and scallions. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 40-45 minutes. |
