GRASSHOPPER PIE 
2 tbsp. butter, melted
14 chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed
32 large marshmallows
1/2 c. milk
1/4 c. creme de menthe liqueur
2 tbsp. white cream de cacao liqueur
1 c. whipped cream
1/2 c. shaved chocolate

Stir together butter and cookie crumbs. Press into 9-inch pie plate. Set aside.

Place marshmallows and milk in top of double boiler filled with simmering water. Heat until marshmallows melt. Remove from heat; let cool. Stir in creme de menthe and creme de cacao. Fold in whipped cream. Pour filling into pie shell. Freeze. Sprinkle shaved chocolate over top and serve frozen.
