CRAB LOG 
1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 pkg. frozen king crab meat, thawed and drained

Blend the above two together. Mix horseradish to taste with 1/2 bottle cocktail sauce. Paint over crab log. Sprinkle with parsley flakes.
